Moen DN8712 Satin Stainless Steel Grab Bar With SecureMount Flange comes in a 1-1/4 Inch diameter which is ideal in most residential applications. These 12 Inch Satin Stainless Steel Grab Bars exceeds ADA requirements by providing a weight capacity of 500 lbs and a lifetime rustproof guarantee. The 12 Inch length of the 8712 Satin Stainless Steel Grab Bar is ideally suited to a situation in which a shorter hand hold is required such as at an entry point to a shower or a smaller shower stall. The patented SecureMount design now found in most Moen grab bars makes it easy to connect to the stud at multiple points when a stud connection is possible. The flanges are concealed, hiding the screws and adding to the attractive appearance of these conventional grab bars. Mr. Grab Bar offers the Moen Satin Stainless Steel Grab Bar in 12", 18", 24", 32", 36", 42" and 48" lengths.

This Moen bar is very attractive and adds to the look in my bathroom.  It was easy to install and, with the drywall anchors, I think Attila the Hun could use it and it would hold fast.
