Typographical Errors
In the event that a Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The failure of Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Impersonation of others, including a Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. RETURN POLICY :
1. Returnable Items must meet the following criteria:

Original product packaging is completely intact and unopened.

Installation materials and instructions are intact and unopened

Product is being returned within 30 days of original date of shipment

With large orders, defined as 20 or more units of the same item, only 10% of the order is considered returnable
2. An item is Non-Returnable if the following apply:

The shrink wrap, plastic wrap or original box is torn or missing.

The product wrap has been used or shows signs of installation

The product is described online as "hygienic" and non-returnable

The product is categorized online as "custom", "special order" or "clearance"
* Hygienic Items: For hygienic reasons, the following items are not returnable: toilet safety assists, bath chairs and benches, and tub grips. If an item is hygienic in nature and non-returnable, the following is clearly stated in the item’s online product description as follows: “For hygienic reasons, this item is non- returnable.”
* Special Orders: Any item designated as “Special order” is non-refundable and is designated as such in the item’s online product description. Special orders may also include items which are not listed on our website but are attained at the specific written or verbal request of the customer and verified by email prior to ordering.
* Large Orders (defined as those consisting of 20 or more pieces of the same item) are not refundable. We suggest that you order one item to see if this is the item you need before placing a larger order. If you do place a large order, we will always confirm information with you first via email regarding the specifics of the order to insure accuracy.
If you would like to return a product, please check first to see if the online product description states that the item is non-returnable.
3. If the item is returnable:
If you want to return a product, you must contact Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. by email at returns@mrgrabbar.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. This number will expire 10 calendar days after being issued and another RMA will not be issued for the same product. Write the RMA on the outside of your package follwed by your order number. Customers may opt for an online store credit (NO RESTOCKING CHARGES) or a refund (20% restocking charge will apply) When a store credfit or refund is being requested, customers will be responsible for shipping charges back to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. and for properly packaging and protecting item during shipment. All items must be returned via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc, Retruns Dept. 4760 Enterprise Ave #401, Naples, Florida 34104. Once we receive the product in like-new condition, either a store creidit or refund will be issued. Unless otherwise specified, initial shipping charges will not be credited back to the customer.
If receiving a refund, please allow up to 7- 10 days after our receipt of the item for the credit to process to your account.
4. Return Policy Criteria for Damaged Goods or incorrect items:
You must contact us within 72 hours to report damaged good or incorrect items so that we may correct the shipment. In the event a product is confirmed as a manufacturer's defect, or confirmed by UPS or Fed Ex carriers as damaged in the shipping process, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. will ship a replacement at no charge. Defective items will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
In the event you are shipped an incorrect product caused by our error, we will take responsibility for shipping charges back to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. and ship you the correct product(s) at our expense.
Your return must be is sent back to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Refunds will be denied if the package or product is missing any contents or defaced in any way.
5. Return Service Fees, Refunds, Online Store Credits::
a) Customers may opt for an online store credit which will allow them to waive all restocking charges. Assuming the product is in like new condition, a full store credit for the price of the item will be issued. Store credits may be accessed online through My Account , and can be used for up to one year. Store credits are not redeemable for cash. OR b) Customers may opt for a Refund. A return service fee of 20% will apply for all returned merchandise to compensate for the additional work this presents in terms of packing, shipping, restocking and accounting. This service fee will allow us to maintain low prices while providing a high level of service to our customers. The restocking charge will be deducted from the original price of the item and the balance credited back to the credit card originally used to make this purcahse.The 20% restocking charging will be waived if you opt for an online store credit.
6. Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Package:
If a package that was ordered by you is refused at the time of delivery, we will charge your credit card for all shipping costs incurred for both delivery and return even if the item was initially designated fro free shipping.
7. Cancel an Order:
Once your order is transmitted to us, we do our best to process and ship your items to you quickly. For this reason, we are often unable to cancel an order once it is placed. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us by phone or via email at retruns@mrgrabbar.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization once you have received the product. Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.
Note: Returning an Item from a "Free Shipping" order - if an item(s) returned is that which caused the original order to be deemed "Free Shipping", handling charged may be assessed.
