Typographical Errors
In the event that a Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. Impersonation of others, including a Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Nonetheless, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
RETURN POLICY
1. Hygienic Non-Returnable items:
For hygienic reasons, the following items are not returnable: toilet safety assists, bath chairs and benches, and tub grips. If an item is hygienic in nature and non-returnable, the following is clearly stated in the item’s online product description as follows: “For hygienic reasons, this item is non- returnable.”
Any item designated as “Special order” is non-refundable and is designated as such in the item’s online product description. Special orders may also include items which are not listed on our website but are attained at the specific written or verbal request of the customer and verified by email prior to ordering.
If you would like to return a product, please check first to see if the online product description states that the item is non-returnable.
2. If the item is returnable:
If you want to return a product, you must contact Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. by email at customerservice@mrgrabbar.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your product to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number. This number will expire 10 calendar days after being issued and another RPA will not be issued for the same product. Write the RPA on the outside of your package. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges back to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. and for properly packaging and protecting item during shipment. All items must be returned via UPS or FedEx to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc, 4760 Enterprise Ave #401, Naples, Florida 34104. Customers are responsible for providing a tracking number to Mr. Grab bar, Inc. in the event the product is lost in transit. Once we receive the product in like-new condition, a merchandise credit will be issued to your credit card. Unless otherwise specified, initial shipping charges will not be credited back to the customer.
If receiving a refund, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for the credit to process to your account.
3. Return Policy Criteria:
In the event a product is confirmed as a manufacturer's defect, or confirmed by UPS or Fed Ex carriers as damaged in the shipping process, Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. will ship a replacement at no charge. Defective items will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
In the event you are shipped an incorrect product caused by our error, we will take responsibility for shipping charges back to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. and ship you the correct product(s) at our expense.
Your return must be is sent back to Mr. Grab Bar, Inc. with a Return Product Authorization (RPA). Refunds will be denied if the package or product is missing any contents or defaced in any way.
4. Return Service Fees:
A return service fee of 20% will apply for all returned merchandise to compensate for the additional work this presents in terms of packing, shipping, restocking and accounting. This service fee will allow us to maintain low prices while providing a high level of service to our customers.
5. Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Package:
If a package that was ordered by you is refused at the time of delivery, we will charge your credit card for all shipping costs incurred for both delivery and return even if the item was initially designated fro free shipping.
6. Cancel an Order:
Once your order is transmitted to us, we do our best to process and ship your items to you quickly. For this reason, we are often unable to cancel an order once it is placed. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us by phone or via email at customerservice@mrgrabbar.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization once you have received the product. Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.
