Order Status
GET MY ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
  To get order status and tracking go to the "My Account" tab on the top right corner of our site. Log in with your email and password.  This will allow you to see if your order has shipped, view and track orders, get copies of invoices, and a variety of other options.

Tracking usually posts within 24 -48 hours of shipment and notification of shipment with tracking numbers will be emailed to you at the email address you have provided. Grab bars and bath accessories ship either Fedex or UPS. Smaller items like drill bits may ship separately USPS. Please allow 4 - 5 business days for shipping regular ground.


CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
  We can not  guarantee that we can change or cancel an order once the order has been placed.
Our shipping warehouse is open 24/7 and "grabs" orders as they come through online.


Any request to change or cancel an order must be done in writing.
Please email customerservice@mrgrabbar.com and write "
CANCEL ORDER # ____" OR
CHANGE ORDER # ____".

in the subject line of your email.

A customer service representative will contact you the same or next business day.
MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS
 
Before notifying our office, please check your tracking to see if your order has shipped from more than one location. Anther package may be on it's way to you.

Go to My Account to view and track your order. Tracking details are posted to your account 24-48 hours after shipping and will there indicating if more than one shipment is coming to you.


If it appears that you are still missing items, you must notify our office in writing by emailing customerservice@mrgrabbar.com and write
"MISSING ITEMS - ORDER # _____"
in the subject line of your email.
 
A customer service representative will contact you the same or next business day.
MY ORDER IS INCORRECT
 
Before notifying our office, please check your tracking to see if your order has shipped from more than one location. Anther package may be on it's way to you.

If it still appears that you're order is incorrect or incomplete, you must notify our office in writing by emailing customerservice@mrgrabbar.com and write
"INCORRECT - ORDER # _____" OR
"INCOMPLETE - ORDER # _____
in the subject line of your email.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most grab bars and bath accessory orders ship via Fedex or UPS. Larger orders ship freight.
Allow 3-5 business days for a ground order to arrive. Express orders arrive sooner. Count the day after the item ships as the first day.
